If you click on the contest landing page: http://www.codechef.com/APRIL09/, and then a problem (i.e. http://www.codechef.com/APRIL09/problems/A5/), then all submissions (top right button: http://www.codechef.com/APRIL09/status/A5/), you can then click on any ID to see that persons submission. We are working on making this easier and more intuitive.
