unlike ACM-ICPC rules, for online contest is it compulsory for a team to use only one computer or they can use multiple computers for the contest.

is it true?
but in IncomeTax only the excess amount is charged right?
so may be the wont tax he first 5000.put 30% on the 1000.making the total as 5700
if this isn't the case we must revise this prize structure
