  1. I really liked the tie breaker problem of this contest. It was possible to come up with different approaches that will greatly vary in scores, unlike few of the past tie breakers where even naive approach ends up giving more than .9 points.

  3. agree, though leaving the tie breaker rest were not too difficult, but this time tie breaker was excellent, points were distributed to the extent how much innovative you can think.

  5. Congrats to all the winners(especially Tomek for changing the scoreboard in the last minute).The challenge problem was really nice(one of the best ever) . However I believe the non-challenge problems were lower in difficulty for this month. I think it should be slightly harder(somewhere between this month's and September).

  7. I second the idea of having harder non-tie breaker problems.Tomek, ofcourse he is the BEST :). Maybe next contest he will start and finish the whole contest ( non-tie breaker + tie breaker ) in 3-4 hours.
