May 2010 Challenge Extended

1 min read

Hi guys,

Unfortunately, the  CodeChef domain expired over the weekend which triggered a few internal issues on our end. All of this has been fixed now but if anyone is still facing errors of any kind, do let us know.

To make up for the time lost we are extending the May 2010 Contest by 24 hours. It will now end on 12th May 2010 at 15:00 hrs IST.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and all the best for the rest of the competition!

Cheers,
Team CodeChef

  1. Hi Guys,The CodeChef domain had expired on Sunday and was renewed over the weekend itself. The website has been up and running since then. However, those using a proxy server might still not be able to access the website. You may need to flush your local DNS cache in this case. For those that are accessing the internet on their college campus, you will need to talk to your network admin for this. If this still does not work, you will need to temporarily access the website from another ISP.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  3. Great ! .. the site was down because of these silly domain expiry issue, and it was still down here when you posted this. When it was working, time left was 1hour here. Asking for nothing here, but just an explanation for, ” why you guys make sure that something or the other goes wrong each time ? “, and its getting silly each month.
